GSV's range of controllers are the complete solution to automate a Reverse Osmosis (RO) plants and Ultrafiltration plants . These controllers can control the raw water pumps, high pressure pumps, dosing pump, cleaning pumps and various valves. The controller also takes inputs from key sensors like LP switch, HP switch, Conductivity controllers, pH controllers, ORP Controllers, Inlet level switch, Product level switch, Dosing level switch and more. They also continuously monitor phase voltages, & currents, phase reversal and imbalances ensuring that the plant trips for unbalanced voltages or excessive currents.
Controller for small RO plants both 1 phase and 3 phase upto 3 HP. Controller automates the raw water, high pressure pumps, dosing pumps and provides a inbuilt conductivity meter.
RO Plant controllers for large plants. Controller can measure pH, Conductivity, monitor phase currents, automate the raw water pump, high pressure pump, dosing pumps and cleaning pumps. RO Plant operates based on requirement in the product tank as well as availability in the raw water tank.
These controllers have outputs to control the various pumps and valves that are part of the Ultrafiltration process. These controllers can also provide automation based on product and raw water tanks.
